Our Governance and Compliance practice advises companies (public and private), Trusts and government corporations on corporate governance issues, and provide support to them for internal and external compliance.
We support management and boards of directors (including their committees) to comply with their legal, regulatory and fiduciary duties, whilst balancing the operational requirements of the business.
