Our experience spans the entire project lifecycle – from structuring and planning, through permitting and approvals, and documentation and financing, to construction and commissioning, and operation and maintenance.

We have acted for
- the Lagos State Government on a project for the deployment of Unified Telecommunications Duct Infrastructure
- Niger Delta Power Holding Company Limited (NDPHC), Nigeria’s leading power generation portfolio company (with a portfolio in excess of 4,000 MW) on designing, financing, and implementing projects to bring its commercially stranded power to market
- NDPHC on the projects for the supply and transportation of natural gas fuel to its power plants, including on the related suite of contracts for obtaining a World Bank Partial Risk Guarantee in respect of the gas supply agreement for one of the plants
- a power assets holding company on the development of more than 60 MW generation capacity (over 5 IPPs) and about 150 kilometers of independent distribution networks
- the sponsor/developer of a 495 MW independent power project and associated sub-station and transmission facilities
- the financing arm of an affiliate of Europe’s largest industrial manufacturing conglomerate on its investment in a 500 MW IPP in Delta State of Nigeria
- a real estate development company affiliated with a leading international retail chain on the development, financing, and operation of 5 large shopping malls across Nigeria
- the sponsor of a modular refinery to offtake, store, refine, process, and market petroleum products (petroleum condensate and crude oil, and natural gas)
