The Good in Services – Digital Free Zones in Nigeria as an economic tool

The idea of reduced barriers to international trade is growing, with national and regional governments increasingly inclining towards policies that promote free trade. The benefits of cross border exchange of goods and services to a domestic economy are proven by foreign exchange earnings, local job creation and skills development. Special economic zones (“SEZs”) or free trade zones were created to attract businesses and foreign direct investment through fiscal incentives and compliance-friendly and less cumbersome regulations.
