Toluwani Oyedemi

Toluwani is an astute lawyer that is committed to delivering bespoke solutions that address the needs of clients.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) from Babcock University and graduated from the Nigerian Law School (B.L) with a Second Class (Upper Division) and has been admitted to the Nigerian Bar. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).

As an undergraduate, Toluwani dexterously combined various skills and held top leadership positions in the University (including being the Chief Justice of the Student Judiciary and the President of The Tax Club, Babcock University). She also interned at top law firms and financial services organizations where she garnered practical commercial experience.

At OAKE Legal, Toluwani provides general legal advisory services to clients particularly in the power and corporate commercial practice groups.
