- supporting one of Nigeria’s largest integrated agricultural services companies across its entire business, which spans production and distribution of fertilizers, seeds and other agricultural inputs, extension services, assembly and sale of heavy agricultural machinery, produce aggregation, and agricultural storage (silos and warehouses) and logistics operations
- advice and support on the development of an agricultural Commodities Exchange
- advising an agribusiness focused private equity fund on several deals in the food and agriculture space
- supporting Tak Agro Plc on the successful issuance of Series 1 of its N50 Billion note programme to fund agricultural logistics operations and related infrastructure
- providing the full range of support to an oil palm cultivation and processing business
- supporting a farm holding company on its reverse acquisition of a listed livestock farming company
- providing a wide range of support to an integrated agribusiness company across several businesses, including commercial poultry production, commercial livestock feed milling, aquaculture, manufacturing, procurement and distribution of animal health products and technical laboratory services
- supporting a technology driven agriculture financing and extension services company across its operations
